Image editors? Jakki?? need help

Hiya, ok, when I started this forum, I played around with skins, and liked this one due to the purple hibiscus theme, and at the top of the page it had a gorgeous flower, and I thought this would remain on the skin. I had to delete the image however, as the group who created this skin had their logo in it [ie: PCOS friends] and that isnt our name!!! LMAO

Ok, so I saved the image for some technical minded person to edit and put our forum name at the top.....
Is any one able to do that??? That way I can put the logo back on the page, so it looks purty

Did you just want the bit at the top with the black background and the hibiscus, but the name changed to "The Hangout"?

Photoshop is quick once you get the hang of it.. I've set up a forum once and it took aages
